Roseday Gold Capsule is a combination medication used to prevent heart attacks, myocardial infarction (which involves reduced blood flow to the heart muscle), angina (chest pain), and strokes. It contains three active ingredients: rosuvastatin, aspirin, and clopidogrel. Roseday Gold works by reducing the levels of cholesterol and fats in the blood and preventing the formation of blood clots that can block blood vessels.

This medicine also contains anti-coagulant components that prevent the platelet aggregation and formation of a blood clot.
Roseday Gold Capsule can cause tiredness as a side effect. However, not everyone taking this medicine gets this side effect.
