Dr. Neelima is a really good doctor sir, very understanding and explained everything properly. Only thing, the waiting time was a bit much, felt like ages in the crowded room. The clinic staff could be a bit more responsive too when asking about appointments, but overall, for the doctor herself, she's excellent.

The clinic was a bit crowded though and the wait time was longer than expected, so you need to plan for that. Overall, happy with the consultation, just the clinic management could be a little better.

Still, for the actual consultation, she is very thorough and I feel much better now.
