Dr. P V is a good doctor sir, he really listens to your problem and gives clear explanations. The clinic was a bit crowded when I went though and I had to wait for almost an hour, which was a little annoying. But the doctor himself is excellent and I'm happy with the treatment I received only.

Also, the reception staff could be a bit more prompt with answering the phone, had to call a few times only to get through.
