Dr. BM is a good doctor sir, he really explained everything clearly about my ear problem. The waiting time was a bit much though, felt like I was there for ages and the clinic was a bit crowded. Still, for an ent-specialist, he's very knowledgeable and I'm happy with the treatment only.
