Dr. Shilpa Devagudi is a very good doctor sir, she really explained my ear issue well. The wait was a bit much though, I was sitting there for nearly an hour past my appointment time which was a bit frustrating, especially with the waiting room being a bit crowded. Still, her advice was helpful and I'm feeling better already, so I'll go back if needed.
