Dr. Mittal is a good doctor sir, very thorough when he sees you. But the waiting time can be a bit much sometimes, especially on a Saturday, felt like I waited nearly an hour. The staff were okay, but getting through on the phone was a bit difficult only. Overall though, he sorted out my ear issue very well.
