Dr. V S is a very good doctor sir, he really knows his stuff as an ent-specialist and explained everything clearly. The waiting time was a bit much though, felt like ages before I got to see him, and the reception staff seemed a bit overwhelmed maybe, took them a while to answer the phone. Still, overall a good experience and I trust his advice.
