Dr. Doctor, the ent-specialist, really understood my problem, gave good advice and I am feeling much better now, thank you sir. The clinic was a bit crowded when I went, and I did have to wait a little longer than expected, but it was worth it for such a good doctor. Overall a very positive experience, would recommend.

Dr. Doctor is a good doctor sir, very patient and explained everything well. The clinic was a bit crowded though and I had to wait for almost an hour past my appointment time, only. Parking was also a bit of a hassle, na, but the doctor's care made up for it mostly.

Otherwise, the clinic staff were okay, just that getting through on the phone can be difficult sometimes.
