Dr. H.A is a very good doctor sir, really knows his stuff as an ent-specialist. Waited a bit long to see him this time, the clinic was only a bit crowded, but he was worth it for sure and explained everything nicely. Staff could be a little more responsive though, had to call a couple of times to get my reports.

However, the waiting room was a bit crowded and I did have to wait for nearly an hour past my appointment time, which was a little annoying. Still, the overall experience was decent, and I felt my issue was well addressed.
