Dr. Kanniga is a very good doctor sir, he really knows his stuff as an ent-specialist. The waiting time was a bit much though, took almost an hour past my appointment, and the reception staff seemed a bit busy only. Still, I'm happy with the treatment he provided, no complaints there at all.
