Dr. Y Gawande is a really good doctor sir, very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. However, the waiting time at the clinic was a bit much, felt like I was waiting for ages even with my appointment. The staff was okay, but sometimes a bit slow to respond to queries, only.

Dr. Y Gawande is a good doctor sir, very thorough and explained everything about my ear problem. The clinic was a bit crowded though, and I had to wait for almost an hour past my appointment time, which was a bit annoying. Still, I'm happy with the treatment I received from the ent-specialist.
