Dr. R is a good doctor sir, very patient and explained everything properly. The waiting time was a bit much though, took nearly an hour even with an appointment. Parking is also a headache near the clinic, but the staff were helpful once I got in.

Dr. R is a very good doctor sir, he really knows his stuff as an ENT specialist and always explains things clearly, though sometimes the wait time at the clinic can be a bit much, it's usually quite crowded. The staff are okay, but sometimes a bit slow to respond. Still, I would recommend him only because he's so thorough with his diagnosis.
