He was awarded the prestigious American Fellowships FACS and FICS and has undergone three years of super-speciality course in surgical Gastroenterology. He has been actively involved in training courses in laparoscopic surgeries for more than 10 years and has trained hundreds of surgeons across the country.
He owns 23 years experience of heading the department of advanced laparoscopic surgeries and therapeutic endoscopies. His special interest is in laparoscopic hernia repair and has done many complicated inguinal hernias and incisional hernias repair by laparoscopy.
Has demonstrated live hernia repairs at various national conferences. Has been as an instructor for many training courses for both basic and advanced laparoscopic surgeries.
