Dr. Gupta is a good doctor sir, very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly about my ear problem. The clinic was a bit crowded though, and I had to wait for nearly an hour past my appointment time, which was a little frustrating. Still, for such a good ent-specialist, I suppose the wait is expected only.
