Dr. Malik is a really good doctor sir, I was so worried about my ear infection but he put me at ease straight away and explained everything so clearly. The clinic was a bit crowded when I went, and I had to wait for some time, but it was absolutely worth it for the relief I'm feeling now. He's definitely the best ent-specialist around, I'm so thankful.

The waiting time was a bit much though, took nearly an hour past my appointment time, and the reception staff seemed a bit stressed. Overall, happy with the treatment I received, just wish the clinic could manage the schedule better, only.
