Dr. Gupta is a very good doctor sir, he really took his time explaining everything. The clinic was a bit crowded though, and the wait time was longer than I expected, maybe over an hour only. But the care I received was excellent, so it was worth it in the end.

The clinic was a bit crowded though and I had to wait nearly an hour past my appointment time, which was a bit inconvenient. The staff were helpful enough once I got to the front desk, but that waiting room experience could be improved.
