Dr. Gupta is a very good doctor sir, very experienced ent-specialist. The clinic was a bit crowded and the wait time was more than expected, but his consultation was worth it. He explained everything clearly and gave good advice, though the staff could be a bit more organized maybe.

Dr. Gupta is a really good doctor sir, he understood my problem immediately and my ear pain has reduced so much now, only thing is the waiting time was a bit long that day but it was worth it for his excellent treatment.

Dr. Gupta is a good doctor sir, very thorough when he sees you and explains things clearly. However, the waiting time at his clinic is quite a lot, sometimes even more than an hour even with an appointment which is a bit difficult when you have work. The reception staff are okay but can be a bit slow to respond to calls sometimes.

Dr. Gupta is a good doctor sir, very knowledgeable and explained everything well about my throat issue. The clinic was a bit crowded though, and I had to wait for nearly an hour past my appointment time, which was a bit inconvenient. Still, happy with the treatment received only.
