Dr. Taneja is a good doctor sir, really knows his stuff for ENT issues. The waiting room was a bit crowded though, and I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. Still, the consultation itself was thorough and he explained everything clearly, which is the main thing.

However, the wait time was a bit much today, felt like we were waiting for ages even though we had an appointment. The reception staff could be a bit more responsive too, took some time to get their attention.
