Dr. Nagpal is a good doctor sir, really sorted out my ear problem that was bothering me for ages. The waiting time was a bit much though, the clinic gets quite crowded. Still, so glad I found him, very relieved now.

Dr. Nagpal is a really good doctor sir, he explained everything properly about my ear issue. The clinic was a bit crowded though and the wait time was longer than expected, took nearly an hour and a half. Still, for a good ENT specialist like him, I suppose it's understandable.

Dr. Nagpal is a good doctor sir, very knowledgeable. The clinic was a bit crowded and I did have to wait for quite some time though, maybe almost an hour past my appointment. But overall, for an ent-specialist, he really knows his stuff and was very reassuring.
