Dr. Naveen Gupta

Dr. Naveen Gupta is a Consultant Hematologist and Professor & Head of the Department of Clinical Hematology at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur. He specializes in the diagnosis and management of blood disorders, hematological cancers, and conditions requiring advanced hematology care.

Dr. Gupta completed his MBBS, MD in Internal Medicine, and DM in Clinical Hematology. He obtained his DM in Clinical Hematology from AIIMS, New Delhi, and joined the Department of Clinical Hematology at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital in 2019.

His areas of expertise include leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, anemia, aplastic anemia, thalassemia, platelet disorders, hemophilia, bleeding disorders, and blood-clotting disorders. He is also experienced in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and has been involved in establishing a bone marrow transplant centre in Jaipur.

Dr. Gupta has contributed to both clinical care and academic medicine. He has been associated with the development of advanced clinical hematology services and the DM teaching programme in Clinical Hematology at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital. He also emphasizes patient education and clear communication to help patients and families better understand complex blood disorders and their treatment options.
