Dr. R Gupta is a good doctor sir, very experienced ent-specialist. He took his time to explain everything to me, which was helpful. However, the waiting time was a bit much, took nearly an hour past my appointment time to see him, and the clinic was a bit crowded.

Dr. R Gupta is such a good doctor sir, I was so worried about my ear pain but he explained everything so clearly and the treatment worked wonders. The wait time was a bit much, I had to wait for almost an hour, and the clinic was a bit crowded, but it was totally worth it for the relief I'm feeling now. He's really a dedicated ent-specialist and I'm very thankful.
