Dr. Avinash Mahale is qualifying M.S –Orthopaedics from J.J.
Group of Hospitals in Mumbai, he proceeded to U.K for Higher Surgical Training in 2002. He initially qualified MRCS from Royal College of Surgeons-Edinburgh.
Worked in many regions in U.K, predominantly in Scotland, Liverpool & Birmingham. His training was approved towards coveted FRCS-Orth qualification.
He qualified FRCS (Trauma & Orth) from Edinburgh in 2011. Apart from General Orthopaedics and Trauma.
He specializes mainly in Knee and Shoulder surgery. He has a special interest in Knee Arthroscopy & Knee Replacements.
He deals with complex problems like Meniscal tears/repairs, ligament injuries, Anterior knee pain, Partial Knee Replacements etc. He was fortunate to do his fellowship in Knee surgery in a world-renowned center in York in 2013 under Anthony Gibbon.
