Dr. Naik is a good doctor sir, very knowledgeable for a general-surgeon and explained everything clearly. The waiting time was a bit much though, felt like ages in the waiting room, and the reception staff were not very responsive when I tried to ask about the delay. Overall, happy with his treatment though, just hope the clinic can sort out the scheduling a bit better next time.
