Dr. Hotkar is a good doctor sir, very knowledgeable and helped me a lot with my back pain, truly a good physiotherapist. However, the wait time was a bit much today, felt like I was sitting for ages, and the reception staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, only a small suggestion for improvement.
