Dr. Sujata Chakravarti

She completed her MBBS from the oldest medical college in Asia, Medical College, Kolkata (Calcutta University) and Post-graduation in Family Medicine – M.Med from CMC Vellore (Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University). She is certified in Diabetes and Thyroid disorder Management from Public Health Foundation of India, New Delhi, is a life member of Academy of Family Physicians of India, New Delhi and is a direct member of World Organization of Family Doctors (WONCA). Currently she is also pursuing a certificate course in Cardiovascular disease and Stroke. Her special interests are in preventive medicine and chronic lifestyle disease care. She is in charge of the preventive health checkup department at Hiranandani Hospital Vashi (A Fortis network hospital).
