Dr. Shruti Kotecha

Took my mother to Dr. Kotecha after she had been unwell for a few days. Explained everything clearly, which I appreciated as I get anxious at clinics. Happy with the visit overall.

First visit to Dr. Kotecha's clinic and overall a decent experience. The doctor listened carefully and didn't make me feel rushed. Parking outside is a bit of a problem during peak hours. Good experience, especially for a first visit.

Took my mother to Dr. Kotecha after she had been unwell for a few days. Dr. Kotecha is knowledgeable and calm which is reassuring. The staff could be a little more attentive at the front desk.

Rushed to Dr. Kotecha's clinic after a sudden bout of fever. Gave practical advice beyond just medicines — diet and rest tips also. The waiting time was a bit long, almost 40 minutes past my appointment. Fees are on the higher side but the quality of care justifies it I think.
