Aana Tablet contains rivaroxaban, an anticoagulant medication that helps prevent blood clots. It is used to reduce the risk of blood clots in the blood vessels of the brain (which can lead to strokes) and other parts of the body in patients with an irregular heart rhythm. Aana Tablet is also prescribed to treat or prevent blood clots in the veins of the legs (deep vein thrombosis) and to prevent blood clots in the blood vessels of the lungs (pulmonary embolism).
This medication is also used to prevent venous blood clots in patients who are undergoing hip or knee replacement surgery. Rivaroxaban in Aana Tablet works by inhibiting a specific blood clotting factor (factor Xa), which reduces the tendency for blood clots to form. It is important to take Aana Tablet with food at the same times each day, as directed by your doctor.
Do not stop taking this medication on your own without consulting your healthcare provider. While using Aana Tablet, be cautious and avoid direct contact with sharp objects, such as knives or blades, as this may increase the risk of bleeding.
Symptoms of overdose of Aana Tablet Tablet include an increased risk of bleeding. If you have taken too much of Aana Tablet, contact your doctor or reach out to the nearest hospital immediately.
If you have missed taking any dose of Aana Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. If it's already time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow the regular dosing schedule.
Aana Tablet tablet acts as an anticoagulant. It inhibits the activity of clotting factors made by the liver. Hence, it prevents the formation of blood clots in the body and makes the blood thin.
Components of Aana Tablet are known to be harmful to the foetus. Thus, it should be avoided in pregnant women. If you become pregnant while on the treatment with Aana Tablet, immediately inform your doctor.
Components of Aana Tablet are known to be excreted in milk. Hence, it should be avoided while breastfeeding.
Aana Tablet causes fainting or dizziness. If you are taking Aana Tablet, avoid driving.
Drinking alcohol, along with this medicine, may increase the risk of bleeding. Therefore, alcohol drinking should be avoided while taking Aana Tablet.

Long or excessive bleeding, headache, pain in the stomach, nausea or vomiting are a few common side effects of Aana Tablet. However, these symptoms are usually mild and resolve on their own. Also, it is not important that everyone experience the same.
