Acnestar gel is a topical preparation used for the management of acne, pimples, whiteheads and blackheads. It contains a combination of clindamycin and nicotinamide as the main ingredients. Clindamycin present in Acnestar Gel is an antibiotic and nicotinamide or niacin is a form of vitamin B3.
It also helps reduce acne scars and prevent acne. Faceclin gel , Glocin gel , Nioclean gel , Clinsol gel and Femcinol A gel also include similar medications as Acnestar gel. Acne is a common skin condition that develops when oil and dead skin cells block the hair follicles.
It may develop whiteheads, blackheads, pimples or acne cysts. Bacteria on the skin may cause inflammation and infection, leading to more severe acne. Acne is more common in teenagers, but anyone can get acne.
