Anmol Gel is a topical pain relief Gel. It contains a combination of diclofenac, methyl salicylate, menthol, capsaicin and linseed oil. It is used for relieving pain, swelling, inflammation due to muscle, bones and joint-related problems.
It is useful in pain due to sprains, strains, neck or shoulder and back injury, muscle stiffness, etc. Use Anmol Gel as advised by the doctor or pharmacist.
Chances of an overdose are unlikely since this Gel is to be applied to the skin. Upon accidental ingestion contact your doctor or reach out to the nearest hospital.

Diclofenac is an anti-inflammatory and pain medicine. It helps in relieving pain and reduce swelling and inflammation. It locally works by reducing the production of inflammatory mediators responsible for pain and inflammation. Menthol and Methyl salicylate acts as counter irritants. They produce a cooling sensation to the skin, followed by pain relief. Menthol works by dilating the blood vessels, causing a sensation of coldness followed by an analgesic effect. Methyl salicylate is an organic compound with anti-inflammatory properties. It is known to stimulate nerve endings that relieve symptoms of pain. Linseed oil is known to have anti-inflammatory action and reduces swelling and redness. Capsaicin is a topical analgesic agent used for symptomatic relief from muscle and joint pain.
The safety of this Gel during pregnancy is not established. Avoid using it unless it is suggested by a doctor.
Avoid using it near the breast as it can lead to accidental ingestion of components of this Gel by the breastfed infant. Do not use it for a prolonged duration on a larger skin area.
Anmol Gel is less likely to affect your driving abilities.
There is no known interaction known between alcohol and this Gel.

If you are allergic to any of the ingredients of this Gel. You have undergone cardiac surgery called Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) surgery. You have experienced asthma, allergy, skin allergy upon the use of any pain-relieving medicine. This Gel should not be used in children below 2 years of age and should be used under adults supervision for children older than 2 years of age. Avoid direct application into nostrils. It should not be used on broken or irritated skin.
Yes, if it is used for a prolonged duration, significant absorption of diclofenac from this spray can interact with certain medicines. Be careful if you are taking blood thinners, high blood pressure medicines, painkillers and certain immunomodulators.
This product should never be used in children below 2 years of age and older children should be treated with Anmol Gel under an adult's supervision.
