The Aqmen AM830 is a sterile, non-absorbable surgical suture composed of extruded monofilament polypropylene. This material is known for its high tensile strength and inertness within tissue, making it suitable for a wide range of surgical procedures requiring permanent wound support. The suture is colored blue for enhanced visibility during surgery.
Each unit contains a 70 cm length of USP size 0 suture, pre-attached to a 30 mm, 1/2 circle round body heavy needle. The suture is supplied in individual foil packets to maintain sterility until the point of use. The packaging includes 12 individual foil packets per box.
