The Aqmen AM841 is a non-absorbable surgical suture designed for permanent wound support. This suture is constructed from 100% polypropylene, a synthetic monofilament material that is inert and resistant to tissue reaction. The blue coloration of the suture aids in visibility during surgical procedures, facilitating precise placement and knot tying.
Each unit contains a 70 cm length of USP 2-0 gauge suture, attached to a 30 mm, 1/2 circle round body needle. The round body needle design is suitable for penetrating soft tissues, and its 1/2 circle curvature allows for manipulation in confined surgical spaces. The suture is presented in individual foil packaging to maintain sterility until the point of use.
The product is supplied in boxes containing 12 individual foil-wrapped units.
