The suture material is violet in color and is classified as absorbable, meaning it is gradually broken down by the body over time.
The suture is presented in a USP size of 1 and has a total length of 180 centimeters. It is supplied double-armed with two needles, each measuring 40 millimeters in length. These needles are described as 1/2 circle round body G taper cutting heavy, designed for robust tissue penetration.
Each package contains 12 individual foil-wrapped units, ensuring sterility until the point of use. The material provides wound support for approximately 28 days.
