Becoderm Cream is a topical cream. It is used for the treatment of a wide range of skin conditions such as psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema etc. It contains steroid betamethasone that helps in relieving swelling, inflammation and redness of the skin.
Becoderm Cream is meant for external applications and must be applied as recommended by the doctor. Do not use Becoderm Cream on large areas of the body for a long time (such as every day for many weeks or months) - unless your doctor tells you to.
Becoderm Cream is meant for external application, cases of overdose are unlikely. However, upon accidental ingestion, contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital. If you have applied extra quantities of it, wipe out the excess of the medicine with tissue or cotton.
If you have missed applying Becoderm Cream, apply it as soon as possible. Do not over-apply this medicine to compensate for the missed application.
Becoderm Cream contains Beclometasone that belongs to a class of steroids. Becoderm Cream which works by decreasing the action of certain chemicals present in the body that causes swelling, redness and pain.

Use Becoderm Cream as prescribed by the doctor, avoid applying the medication frequently unless told otherwise by the doctor. This medicine should not be used for more than 5 days on the face and in children if there is no improvement in the condition.
No, Becoderm Cream is not used for acne and pimples or skin conditions for which the root cause is not clear. It may worsen acne. It must be used only for the conditions its been prescribed for.
If you get Cream in the eyes, rinse with water thoroughly. Keep your eyes open when you rinse.
