- The leg must be fully extended and supported. - Open hook & loop straps as well as both sides of the product. - Wrap each of the two side straps under the knee and attach them to support. - Make sure the hinges are positioned on each side of the knee joint. - Ensure easy hinges and knee movement. - Tighten hook & loop closers from top to bottom by pulling it until it is tight. - Do not over tighten the straps. This could cut off circulation to the leg.
