Budesal respules is used to treat asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder. These conditions are characterized by difficulty in breathing, coughing, wheezing, and feeling short of breath due to blocked airways and lungs. Budesal respule contains budesonide and levosalbutamol as its active ingredients.
This medication relaxes the smooth muscles of the airways, easing breathing. Budesal respules should not be swallowed orally. It should be inhaled via a nebulizer.
You should always wash, clean, and dry the nebulizer machine every time after taking this medicine. You also should always clean and rinse your mouth after taking this medicine to avoid any fungal infections of the mouth. Common side effects of Budesal respules include hoarseness of voice, sore throat, fungal infection of the mouth, respiratory tract infection, headache, and muscle cramps.
If you experience any of these side effects, do not discontinue the medication; consult your doctor. You may avoid some of these symptoms by rinsing your mouth and throat with water or brushing your teeth after using an inhaler. There are other, less common, but potentially significant adverse effects.

Budesal respule budesonide and salbutamol as its active ingredient. Budesonide decreases the inflammation within the airways, thereby reducing the swelling and redness, while salbutamol helps in relaxing smooth muscles of the airway, thus both together provide relief in difficulty in breathing.
There is limited information regarding the safety of the Budesal respule during pregnancy. Hence, it is important to consult your doctor before taking this medicine if you are pregnant or are likely to be pregnant.
There is limited information related to the safety of the Budesal respule in lactating mothers. Hence, it is advised not to take this medicine if you are breastfeeding your child without your doctor’s advice.
Budesal respules is not known to affect driving ability. So, you can drive after using this medicine.
It is recommended to avoid alcohol while using the Budesal respules.
