Cataspa tablet is a combination of medicine containing diclofenac and dicycloverine. It is used for the treatment of abdominal pain associated with stomach or bowel cramps in certain conditions of stomach or bowel. Diclofenac works by decreasing swelling and pain by inhibiting the synthesis of a natural substance called prostaglandin.

Prostaglandin is a natural substance found in the body that can cause swelling or pain. Dicyclomine works by relaxing muscles of the stomach and bowel and decreasing the natural movement of the bowel.
