Clopilet 75 tablet is an antiplatelet medicine used to treat heart diseases to prevent clot formation in the blood and reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke and heart-related chest pain. It contains Clopidogrel as an active ingredient. Clopidogrel inhibits the enzyme responsible for the aggregation of platelets to prevent blood clot formation.
