Contiz Tablet contains tizanidine as its active ingredient. It is used for the treatment spasm of muscles attached to bones. It works by slowing some actions in the brain and nervous system which are responsible for muscle tightness, which further helps in the relaxation of muscles.
Sleepiness, dizziness, constipation, dry mouth, tiredness are some side effects of this medicine.
Symptoms of an overdose of Contiz Tablet include sleepiness, confusion, weakness, etc. If you have taken too much of this medicine, contact your doctor or reach out to the nearest hospital immediately.
If you have missed taking any dose of Contiz Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. If it's already time for the next dose, skip the missed one and follow the regular dosing schedule.
