This product consists of sterile gauze swabs designed for medical applications. Each swab is constructed from 100% cotton, adhering to European Pharmacopoeia standards for quality and safety. The material features a loose, open weave that allows for moisture vapor transmission, which can be beneficial in wound management.

The swabs are manufactured with folded edges to minimize the risk of loose threads, and they are available in a white color. The dimensions of each individual swab are 10 centimeters by 10 centimeters, with an 8-ply construction. Sterilization is achieved through either Ethylene Oxide (ETO) or Gamma irradiation processes, ensuring the product is ready for immediate use in a clinical setting.

Packaging includes 25 individual packs, with each pack containing 5 swabs, for a total of 125 swabs per box. Options for inclusion of an X-ray detectable thread are also available. The bleaching process for the cotton material utilizes hydrogen peroxide and de-mineralized water.
