The Datt Velfix-T+Pad is a sterile, transparent film dressing designed for wound management. It incorporates a non-adherent absorbent pad integrated within a polyurethane film backing. The dressing is constructed with a 30-micron thick polyurethane film, which provides a barrier against external contaminants while allowing for moisture vapor transmission.
The absorbent pad is designed to manage light to moderate wound exudate without adhering to the wound bed, thereby reducing discomfort during dressing changes. The acrylic adhesive used in the dressing is applied in a patterned manner to enhance breathability and skin compatibility. This product is gamma-sterilized to ensure its integrity and safety for medical use.
