Dilona Sp tablet is a pain-relieving medicine. It has a combination of diclofenac and serratiopeptidase as active substances. This medicine is used for the treatment of pain, which lasts for a small duration.
It works by preventing the action of inflammatory mediators and promotes healing. You should not take this medicine if you have a liver or kidney disorder, stomach ulcer or if you are pregnant. You should take this medicine in the exact dose and duration as advised by your doctor, preferably after meals.
Before using Dilona Sp tablet, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or are breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history. Do not take this medicine for relieving pain before, during or after cardiac bypass surgery.
The symptoms of an overdose of Dilona Sp tablet include headache, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness, drowsiness, etc. In case of an overdose, contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.
If you have missed any dose of Dilona Sp tablet, take it as soon as you remember it. If it's time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose of medicine to compensate for the missed one.
It is advised not to take Dilona Sp tablet if you are breastfeeding.
Dilona Sp tablet may cause dizziness, giddiness, sleepiness, and drowsiness. If you experience any such effects after taking this medicine that may affect your ability to drive safely, it is suggested to avoid driving.
It is advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol during the treatment with Dilona Sp tablet as it may worsen the side effects.
