Dolostat-SP tablet contains aceclofenac, paracetamol, and serratiopeptidase as its active ingredients. The medicine is used to provide relief from pain and inflammation associated with arthritis. It is also used to treat post-operative inflammation, swelling, and pain.
Aceclofenac and paracetamol in Dolostat-SP tablet relieve the pain and inflammation while serratiopeptidase reduces the swelling. Take this medicine as advised by your doctor. Before using this medicine, inform the doctor about your medical history.
If you develop any symptoms of liver damage or allergies like swelling of the face/mouth/throat, itching, rashes, or difficulty breathing during treatment with Dolostat-SP tablet, talk to your doctor immediately. This tablet should not be used for longer durations than recommended by your doctor.
Taking Dolostat-SP tablet in high doses may result in liver and kidney damage. Symptoms of an overdose include headache, nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain. If you think you have taken too much of this medicine, contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.
If you have missed any dose of Dolostat-SP tablet, take it as soon as you remember. If it's time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose of medicine to compensate for the missed one.
Dolostat-SP tablet should not be used in pregnant women unless recommended by the doctor after assessing the need and the risk. This medicine is contraindicated for use in the last three months of pregnancy.
