This product is a non-absorbable surgical suture composed of a monofilament polypropylene material. It is designed for use in surgical procedures where a strong, reliable closure is required and the suture material is intended to remain in the body indefinitely. The suture is presented in a blue color, which can aid in visualization during surgical procedures.
Each unit contains 90 centimeters of suture material. The suture is attached to a 30 millimeter, 1/2 circle round body needle. This needle is constructed from SS 420 stainless steel alloy, known for its durability and sharpness.
The suture is provided sterile and is intended for single use. The packaging contains 12 individual foil-wrapped units, ensuring sterility until the point of use. The material's inherent tensile strength is maintained over time, offering consistent support to tissues.
