This product is a sterile, non-absorbable surgical suture composed of a synthetic monofilament polypropylene material. It is designed for use in a variety of surgical procedures where tissue approximation and retention are required. The suture is dyed blue for enhanced visibility during surgical operations.

Each unit features a 26mm, 1/2 circle CC-25 needle, with two such needles provided per suture strand, allowing for bidirectional suturing or the creation of multiple suture lines from a single unit. The polypropylene material offers a smooth passage through tissue and a low tissue drag, minimizing trauma. Its non-absorbable nature ensures long-term tensile strength retention, making it suitable for applications requiring permanent support.

The suture is supplied in a 90 cm length, and the product is packaged in foils for sterile presentation, with twelve foils per box.
