Fegus Capsule is an antifungal medicine. It contains fenticonazole as its active ingredient. Fegus is used to manage fungal infections of the vagina and vulva (opening of the vagina).

It reduces vaginal burning, itching and discharge caused due to fungal infection. Fegus Capsule is meant for vaginal use only and should be used exactly as recommended by your doctor. Follow all the directions carefully.

Dosage

Overdose

As Fegus Capsule is meant for vaginal application, cases of overdose are unlikely. However, upon accidental ingestion contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.

Talk to your doctor if

• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You or your partner are suffering from or have had a sexually transmitted disease.
• Your symptoms do not improve within 7 days of using Fegus Capsule.
• You are above 60 years old.
• You have developed this infection more than twice in the last 6 months.
• Fegus Capsule can damage condom and diaphragms, thus making them ineffective. Please speak to your doctor about alternative methods of preventing pregnancy.
• Fegus Capsule should not be used in patients below 16 years of age.
