Freedase 30 tablet is a combined oral contraceptive containing two hormones ethinyl estradiol and dienogest which is used in the prevention of pregnancy. Take this tablet one every day as directed by your doctor. Some common side effects observed on taking this medicine are headache, enlargement of the breast, and bleeding between periods may occur.
This medicine may increase the risk of blood clots and thus should be used with caution in those who have a tendency or history of blood clots. Freedase 30 tablet is not recommended in women over 35 years of age and who smoke, as cigarette smoking increases the risk of serious heart-related problems. This medicine should not be given to women whose BMI is below 30 kg/m2.
Stop Freedase 30 immediately if you become pregnant or experience heavy uterine bleeding.
If you have taken too much of Freedase 30 tablet then contact your doctor or reach out to the nearest hospital immediately. You may experience the following symptoms when you take dose more than recommended ; nausea, vomit, breast tenderness, dizziness, stomach ache, sleepiness/fatigue; and vaginal bleeding
