Fumac Cream is an antifungal medicine containing Fenticonazole as its active ingredient. It is used to manage fungal infections of the vagina and vulva (opening of the vagina). Fumac reduces vaginal burning, itching and discharge caused due to fungal infection.

Fumac Cream is meant for vaginal application only and should be used exactly as recommended by your doctor. You may experience some application site reactions (like burning sensation) as side effects, but they normally fade away with time. Please report to your doctor if you notice the side effects persist or worsen.

Dosage

Overdose

As Fumac Cream is meant for vaginal application, cases of an overdose are unlikely. However, upon accidental ingestion contact your doctor immediately or visit your nearest hospital. If you have applied extra quantities of it wipe the excess cream with a tissue or cotton.

Missed a Dose

If you have missed applying Fumac Cream, apply it as soon as possible. Do not overapply this medicine to compensate for the missed application.

Directions for Use

• Fumac Cream is meant for vaginal use only.

• Lie on your back with your knees raised and spread apart.
• Fill the applicator with the cream and insert it into the vagina as far as it comfortably goes.
