Intas Hmg 150iu Injection

Intas Hmg Injection is used to treat infertility in women who are not ovulating (producing an egg) properly and male infertility (men with low sperm count). It contains human menopausal gonadotropin or hMG (also called Menotropin ) as its active ingredient, which belongs to a class of medications known as a sex hormone. Intas Hmg Injection will be given to you by a doctor or nurse.

Avoid self-injecting this medicine. Before starting this medicine, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about all the medicines and supplements you take and all the conditions or diseases you suffer from, before starting treatment with Intas Hmg Injection.

Dosage

Talk to your doctor if

• You observe weight gain during the treatment.
• You are overweight, have any kind of blood disorder or have a family history with blood clotting disease, which can increase the risk of blood clot formation inside the blood vessels in pregnant women.
• During the treatment with Intas Hmg Injection or such hormonal medicine, you may be at the risk of multiple pregnancies (pregnant with more than one child), ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside of the womb), or miscarriage.
• Regular check on dose and symptoms helps in reducing the risk of getting these symptoms.
