Lubrex Eye drops act as a lubricant and is used to provide temporary relief from burning, irritation and discomfort due to dryness in the eye or exposure to wind or sun. It helps in re-establishing the natural moisture of your eyes using natural tears. It is also known as an artificial tear.
Lubrex Eye drops contain carboxymethylcellulose as its active ingredient. Dryness of the eye can be due to various factors such as wind, sunlight, continuous use of computers and staying in air-conditioned setups. Use these eye drops exactly as instructed by the doctor.
Avoid wearing contact lenses while using them. On Tears Eye drops , Loc Tears Fusion Eye drops , Lubrex DS 1% Eye drops and Veldrop 1% Eye drops also contain carboxymethylcellulose as its active ingredient.
