Nobel cold new tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of fever accompanied by cough and cold. Nobel cold new tablet contains paracetamol, phenylephrine, diphenhydramine and caffeine as its active ingredients. Do not take this medicine with other anti-allergic and medicines used to treat psychiatric illnesses.
Be cautious while using if you are suffering from glaucoma, prostate, liver and kidney problems. Do not use it in children below 2 years of age without proper medical consultation.
If you think you have taken too much of this medicine and you are experiencing any unusual symptoms, contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital. Always carry the package of the tablet along with you for easy assessment of the severity of an overdose.
Take the missed dose as soon as possible. Never take two doses to compensate for the missed dose.
Take Nobel cold new tablet as a whole with a glass of water or as directed by your doctor.
Nobel cold new tablet is not recommended during pregnancy especially in the third trimester as it may cause harm to the foetus. It is necessary to consult your doctor before using any medication during pregnancy.
Components of this medicine may pass into the breastmilk and can affect the breastfed infant. Thus, the use of this medicine is not recommended in breastfeeding mothers unless it is prescribed by the doctor. It should be used in the lowest effective dose for the smallest duration possible.
Nobel cold new tablet may cause drowsiness or make you feel dizzy. It is not recommended to drive or operate complex machines immediately after taking this medicine.
You should avoid consuming alcohol while on treatment with this medicine.

Nobel cold new tablet is used for the treatment of the symptoms of a common cold like fever, stiff nose, sneezing, etc.
Common cold and flu have a similar type of symptoms. Individuals with common cold/flu can experience fever, sneezing, a runny nose, headache, body aches, stuffy nose and sinuses, temporary loss of taste or smell. Usually, these symptoms last for a week or 10 days. the symptoms can be managed with OTC medications and home remedies like a saltwater gargle, ginger tea, etc.
Few of the individuals may experience symptoms like loss of smell along with sneezing, runny nose, fever and headache. The loss of smell is usually temporary and will recover once the common cold has run its course.
